Here I am, surrounded by the wonderful artwork of Myron L. Powell Elementary School in Cedarville, New Jersey. Queen Barbara Webb "sat" for her art students. She notes that many of her students have known her since kindergarten and have frequently commented on the personal flair she expressed in her wardrobe. But this time, they agreed that she had really gone "over the top."
