The Glam DistrictThe Glam District will be filled to the brim with lots of bling, baubles, and bedazzles for you to choose from, and there will be plenty of time to participate in the "Official Sport": shopping!

Visit the Gerald Ford MuseumLocated across the Grand River from the Amway Grand Hotel, the Ford Museum's permanent exhibits allow visitors to participate in history while reviewing the lives of President and Mrs. Ford. A succession of feature exhibits draw upon the holdings of the entire Presidential Libraries System, Smithsonian Institution, National Archives, and others.

Welcome Reception and Opening CeremoniesAll Red Hatters will be treated to dinner and drinks as Hatquarters and the Red Hat Society welcome you to Glam on the Grand. This reception will include not just dinner, but fabulous entertainment as well: it's just the beginning of a glorious weekend!

Playshops:Brighten That BrimFind out how to add that special touch that turns a simple hat into a Red Hat! Even hats can use a makeover from time to time: our creative designer will take an average red hat and demonstrate several inventive ways to "glam it up."

Enhance, Enlighten, Enrich!Get the latest beauty tips and tricks from our guest makeup artists, and learn how to enhance all that natural glamour that you already have. These amazing artists will choose lucky Hatters to "Glam up" for a night on the town, and will also provide tips and tricks for fabulous everyday Hatting!

Sparkling Soirees and Festive FrolicsBecome the local "Hostess with the Mostest" and learn to plan unforgettable chapter events! Event planners will share great ideas for everything from picnics to parades to potlucks. Get party ideas, plan your next event, and find friends to share the celebration. Life is the greatest party of all, and it's time to start celebrating!

Glam on the Grand Banquet and EntertainmentThis is it, gals, the big shebang, the whole nine yards! We want to see the sparkliest of bling, your most gorgeous gowns, and your grandest Red Hats. This night is all about looking and feeling fabulous. The evening will begin with a delectable dinner fit for a queen (followed by dessert, of course!). The evening would not be complete without wonderful music and dancing, so come prepared to party the night away!
