We are accepting Convention Hostesses to help with tasks related to the convention. If you are registered to attend the convention and still want to volunteer then keep in mind we want you to play when it is your time to!

• Chapter name
• Phone number
• E-mail address

An example of volunteer duties include:

Area #1:
Wednesday, August 26th
12:00 Noon - 5pm
Activity: Stuffing goodie bags with convention materials and giveaways

Area #2:
Thursday and Friday (August 27-August 28)
12:00 Noon—5:00 pm on Thursday
9:00 am—3:00 pm on Friday
Activity: Register each attendee by locating their packet, getting the liability
release form signed and answering general event questions.

While we are not able to offer discounts for the convention, we do have a special thank you gift and a signed certificate from Sue Ellen Cooper and Linda Murphy, our Exalted Queen Mother and Esteemed Vice Mother, for our convention hostesses.
